Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 21 days of delivery. For health and safety reasons, we can't accept returns of opened products.

To start a return, reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Store credit

Approved returns are refunded as Root & Ridge store credit for the value of the returned items. We'll issue your credit once we receive and inspect your return, and you can use it on any future order.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, reply to your order confirmation email with a photo within 21 days of delivery, and we'll work with you to make it right.
